Janssen CarePath medication cost support
A Janssen CarePath Care Coordinator can direct you to a cost support program that may help you save on your out-of-pocket medication costs for SIMPONI ARIA®.
For those with the following types of insurance:
Commercial or private health insurance
If you are eligible, you may be able to lower your out-of-pocket costs for SIMPONI ARIA®, including deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance medication costs. With the Janssen CarePath Savings Program for SIMPONI ARIA®, eligible patients pay just $5 for each infusion for your SIMPONI ARIA® medication costs, with a $20,000 maximum program benefit each calendar year. Patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federally funded programs to pay for SIMPONI ARIA® are not eligible to participate in the program. See full eligibility requirements here.

You may be able to save beyond the first year with continued eligibility and annual re-enrollment. A Janssen CarePath Care Coordinator will contact you before your benefit period ends to review your continued eligibility for the next year’s benefits.
Janssen CarePath Savings Program for SIMPONI ARIA® is based on medication costs only and does not include costs to give you your infusion. Rebate amounts are not determined by costs associated with infusion administration.

Government-funded insurance (such as Medicare or Medicaid) or need supplemental assistance
Only those Medicare patients using their commercial pharmacy benefits (for example, retirees’ benefits) to pay for their intravenous (IV) medication are eligible for Janssen CarePath Savings Program. Patients using Medicare Part C (Commercial Managed Medicare or Medicare Advantage) or Medicare Part D to pay for their medication are not eligible for the program.
Janssen can direct you to independent foundations that may be able to help if you have government-funded insurance or have exhausted your commercial or private health insurance benefit and need help affording your SIMPONI ARIA® medication.
No health insurance or no coverage for SIMPONI ARIA®
If you do not have coverage for SIMPONI ARIA®, Janssen Prescription Assistance may be able to help. At JanssenPrescriptionAssistance.com/SimponiAria, you will find information for prescription assistance programs, including independent foundations that may have available funding to help with drug costs for SIMPONI ARIA®.
