At Janssen, we don’t want cost to get in the way of treatment you need. We can help you explore options to lower your out-of-pocket medication cost for SIMPONI ARIA®.

For those with the following types of insurance:

If you use commercial or private health insurance to pay for SIMPONI ARIA®

If you are eligible, you may be able to lower your out-of-pocket medication costs for SIMPONI ARIA®. Depending on your health insurance plan, savings may apply toward co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible. With Janssen CarePath Savings Program for SIMPONI ARIA®, eligible patients pay $5 for each infusion for your SIMPONI ARIA® medication costs, with a $20,000 maximum program benefit each calendar year. Program does not cover cost to give you your infusion. This program is not available to individuals who use any state or federal government-subsidized healthcare program to cover a portion of medication costs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE®, Department of Defense, or Veterans Administration. Here are 3 different ways you can enroll in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program:

Visit SimponiAria.JanssenCarePathSavings.com to enroll and activate your card.

Call Janssen CarePath at 877-CarePath (877-227-3728877-227-3728) to speak with someone who can enroll you or activate your card over the phone.

Download a Patient Enrollment Form and fax or mail a completed copy to Janssen CarePath. Mailing and fax information are included on the form. Once your enrollment is approved, you can then activate your card online or over the phone.

You may be able to save beyond the first year with continued eligibility and annual re-enrollment. A Janssen CarePath Care Coordinator will contact you before your benefit period ends to review your continued eligibility for the next year’s benefits.

Janssen CarePath Savings Program for SIMPONI ARIA® is based on medication costs only and does not include costs to give you your infusion. Rebate amounts are not determined by costs associated with infusion administration.

If you use government-funded insurance (such as Medicare or Medicaid) to pay for your medication or need supplemental assistance

Only those Medicare patients using their commercial pharmacy benefits (for example retirees’ benefits) to pay for their intravenous (IV) medication are eligible for Janssen CarePath Savings Program. Patients using Medicare Part C (Commercial Managed Medicare or Medicare Advantage) or Medicare Part D to pay for their medication are not eligible for the program.
